The Office of Housing, Residential Living, and Dining is proud to announce the accomplishments of our student leaders this past weekend at the Central Atlantic Affiliate for College and University Residence Halls leadership conference at Temple University.

Colleges and universities from across the Central Atlantic region send delegations to the student-run leadership conference to provide students with the opportunity to learn best practices of being a leader in the residence halls from their peers. IUP’s delegation was comprised of 11 students from the Indiana campus and six from the Punxsutawney campus; these students are community assistants, members of the Residence Hall Association, and the National Residence Hall Honorary.

Our delegation walked away from the conference with a top-10 program, the best institutional banner, a Regional of the Month award, and was voted the most spirited delegation—a true honor for any affiliated institution. OHRLD is incredibly proud of their hard work, dedication, and success as student leaders within our residence halls, across campus, and within the region.
