The Co-op Store is participating in a national study about student course materials, and Indiana University of Pennsylvania students have an opportunity to share their thoughts.
IUP is a participant in this year’s Student Watch™, a national research initiative that gauges college student attitudes and behaviors concerning course materials, online learning, and technology. Student Watch is funded by the National Association of
College Stores Foundation, a subsidiary of the NACS.
Students are encouraged to participate in the survey by going to Student Watch from October 20 to November 3. As an incentive to participate, four respondents from our campus will
a win $50 gift card to the Co-op Store. Every student that completes the survey at participating schools will be entered to win the grand
prize of $1,000. The results of the survey will help the Co-op Store better meet student needs and evaluate our performance.
The study is being conducted on more than 60 campuses across the U.S. and Canada, with a focus on helping college stores better understand the evolution of course materials, how they can best support their students, and how technology and online learning
will play a role in the future of higher education.
The survey is being conducted online. Some students may be contacted through their IUP e-mail. Others will be encouraged to participate in the survey by accessing it online at Student Watch or by visiting the Co-op Store website, where a link will be provided. For more information, please contact the Co-op Store if you have any questions.
