Migyanka and Colleagues Publish about Acute Care for Individuals with Autism

Joann Migyanka, associate professor in the Department of Communication Disorders, Special Education, and Disability Services, and colleagues discuss the impact of an instrument that can be used to prepare emergency department staff for the care needs of individuals with autism spectrum disorders ahead of acute presentation. 

Co-authors on the publication were physician Arvind Venkat, and John McGonigle and Ryan Cramer of the Western Regional Autism Services, Education, Resources, and Training Collaborative.
