Trishana Gordon has been named the March Punxsutawney Person of Purpose.
The monthly award
recognizes the student who is most actively involved in classroom
participation and out-of-classroom opportunities. The recognition
reinforces the critical value of passion, persistence, and purpose of
achieving meaningful success.
Award recipients are chosen from faculty nominations and activity and event participation records.
Gordon attended seven cocurricular opportunities and was nominated by Rosalee Stilwell as being among the most
outstanding in in her classroom. Trishana will receive a $100 award.
Honorable mentions go to Lexxus Charles, Dusty Heller, Lori Miller, and Ala Small.
