Written by Professor John Knox, the United Nations special rapporteur on Human Rights and the Environment, the Implementation Report describes "possible methods of implementing human rights obligations to the enjoyment of a healthy environment." Contributing to Professor Knox's call for inputs, Chris Jeffords (Department of Economics) and Josh Gellers (University of North Florida) submitted a brief report outlining the reasons why countries adopt constitutional environmental rights provisions and the subsequent effects said provisions have (or do not have) on environmental outcomes.

Information about Professor Knox's report and the report itself are available through the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner.
