Becca Rhoades has been named the December/January Punxsutawney Person of Purpose.
The monthly award
recognizes the student who is most actively involved in classroom
participation and out-of-classroom opportunities. The recognition
reinforces the critical value of passion, persistence, and purpose of
achieving meaningful success.
Award recipients are chosen from faculty nominations and activity and event participation records.
Rhoades attended 12 co-curricular opportunities and was nominated by Lynn Shelly as being among the most
outstanding in her
classroom. She will receive a $100 award.
Honorable mentions go to Erica Abrams, Farrah Colonna, Taylor Jones, and Serena Gordon.
