LGBTQIA Advocacy is hosting two Social Justice Ally training sessions for undergraduate students. The first will take place on Friday, February 19, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. in G-12 Ruddock Hall. The second session will be held on Saturday, April 16, from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. in G-12 Ruddock Hall.
Trainees will receive background information on the benefits of being a social justice ally. You will experience skill-building activities in developing communication and collaboration, as well as practical exercises in community development. Participants who complete training will receive an LGBTQIA Ally sticker.
