The Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex and University Square are coming together to raise awareness about hunger in the community by hosting the Let’s Kick It! (Hunger) Food Drive benefiting the Chevy Chase Community Center. All donors will be entered to win tickets and meet and greet passes for the
Trace Adkins show on Friday, Nov. 20, at 7:00 p.m. at the KCAC.
Community members can drop off nonperishable food items beginning Monday, November 9, through Thursday, Nov. 19 at 12:00 p.m.
Each nonperishable food item that is donated will qualify for an entry into the contest.
The winning entry for the contest will be drawn by a representative from the Chevy Chase Community Center on Nov. 19 after 12:00 p.m. Winner will be contacted on November 19. The Trace Adkins show will be held on Friday, November 20, at 7:00 p.m. at the KCAC.
