Seybold and Graduate Students Provide Latin American Foods for Walk Through Latin America

Jodie Seybold, MS, RDJodie Seybold, instructor in the Department of Food and Nutrition, and graduate student dietetic interns will prepare traditional Latin American foods as part of the " Walk Through Latin America" exhibit that is part of the recognition of Day of the Dead.

These specialty treats will be featured on Saturday, October 31, from 6:00–8:30 p.m. in the University Museum, Sutton Hall.
