Hospitality Management Faculty Present Research at Annual Conference

Professors Yasong (Alex) Wang, Lisa Dupnock Andrus, and Nicole Buse from the Hospitality Management Department attended and presented research at the International Council on Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education (ICHRIE) Annual Conference.

Wang earned the Conference Best Paper Award with his paper presentation titled “Examination of Barriers Affecting the Adoption of Innovation in Rural Small and Medium-sized Tourism Enterprises.”

Andrus presented a paper titled “Work-Life Expectations of College Students and the Hospitality Industry.”

Buse presented a poster titled, “Hospitality Management Curriculum Competencies: Alignment of Industry Experience, Communication, Critical Thinking, and Technology.”
