IUP’s Pittsburgh East Center recently hosted the Pennsylvania Counseling Association (PCA) spring 2015 conference in Pittsburgh.
The event, offered by the Association of Counselor Education and Supervision (PACES), featured a presentation, "Supervisory Ethics from a Gestalt Perspective," led by experts Maura Krushinski, who is affiliated with the Psychological and Counseling Center
and the Gestalt Institute of Pittsburgh, and Stephanie Helsel, who is also faculty at the Gestalt Institute.
The Pennsylvania Counseling Association is a state branch of the Washington, D.C.-based American Counseling Association, the national association that represents professional
counselors. The PCA accepts the responsibility of serving and representing Pennsylvania’s professional counselors by providing leadership and professional development.
