25th Annual HHS Awards and Recognition Ceremony

On April 30, 2015, the College of Health and Human Services celebrated its 24th annual Awards and Recognition Ceremony. Joined by faculty, staff, students, retired faculty, community partners, and university leadership, the college celebrated this past academic year and highlighted the positive impact they have on the university and our local, national, and professional communities.

The following awards were handed out:

2015 Outstanding Teaching Award:

Erika Frenzel, Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice

2015 Outstanding Junior Research Award:

David Wachob, Department Kinesiology, Health, and Sport Science

2015 Outstanding Senior Research Award:

Dennis Giever, Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice

2015 Outstanding Service Award:

David Lorenzi, Department of Kinesiology, Health, and Sport Science

2015 Dean’s Award:

Child and Family Studies Association and the faculty of the Child Development and Family Relations Program for their initiatives benefiting children and families in our community and internationally for the past 15 years.
