Resa Crane Bizzaro, of IUP’s C&T Program in the English Department, spoke at the Conference on College Composition and Communication’s 2015 annual convention on March 19 in Tampa, Fla. Her paper, “When Codes Don’t Mesh: Toward an Indigenous Method of Code Meshing or Code Switching,” was presented during the session “Composing Risk: ‘Alternative’ Discourses in Composition.”
Each year, the CCCC Convention draws college faculty members from around the world. They gather to hear award-winning keynote speakers, attend presentations by colleagues on the latest innovations in education, and network to gain knowledge of best practices in the field.
