The
Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program needs student and community volunteers to prepare tax
returns for qualifying individuals and families in this area. Volunteers can
help in as little as three to four hours on Fridays in February, March, and early April.
Detailed
training will be provided by the Center for Community Resources using IRS-provided training materials. This
training is free and will occur on the IUP at Northpointe campus.
Basic math
and computer skills are needed. No other experience is necessary.
Please contact Richard Muth if you are interested at 724-294-3300.
