Devki Talwar published a paper titled “Phonon modes and Raman intensity profiles in zinc-blende BN/GaN superlattices” in Journal of Physics D: Appl. Physics 47, (015205) (2014).

This paper is coauthored by Benjamin Lenze (undergraduate student), Jason Czak (graduate student), and Abdelhak Bensaoula (University of Houston).
