A new video for the Allegheny Arboretum produced by IUP Video Services was released last week.
The video features Allegheny Arboretum chair Jerry Pickering, as well as beautiful aerial footage of the IUP campus. Much of the footage was filmed using remote controlled helicopter cameras.
The arboretum consists of the entire 354-acre IUP campus. There are
1,320 trees on the north campus, representing 76 tree species. The
arboretum aims to document and care for these living treasures that give the IUP campus its lush appearance at all corners—especially the
beloved Oak Grove along Oakland Avenue.
