A lively group of librarians, professors, and students—Mike Sell (English Department), Theresa McDevitt, Joann Janosko, Paul Arpaia, Alexi Lykissas, and Tanya Heflin (English Department)—will discuss what should be done with library books that contain plagiarized content, as part of IUP’s Banned Books Week program. The discussion will take place Monday, September 22, 2014, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. in the HUB Ohio Room.

Should these books be removed from the shelf? Should they receive the
same protection as other books that contain problematic content? Come to listen, consider, and weigh in!
