Posted on 7/8/2014 9:18:52 AM

New here this summer and think you could benefit from a quick introduction to the IUP Libraries and their services, resources, and spaces? Interested in a quick review of what the IUP Libraries have to offer? Want to learn about the new i-Search Discovery Tool? Have questions that you would like to have addressed?

If so, join us for a Library Summer Graduate Orientation in Stabley Library, room 101, on Saturday, July 12.

  • 11:15 a.m.
    — Introduction to the Physical and Virtual Library, including the i-Search Discovery Tool
  • 2:00 p.m.
    — Efficient Searching of IUP Library Databases

Feel free to attend any part of any of the sessions. Light refreshments will be available.

If you can’t make it, you can drop by the reference desk and ask a librarian for a quick introduction to the libraries, or make an appointment to work with a librarian through our Bring Your Assignment service.

For more information, contact Theresa McDevitt by e-mail to or by phone at 724-357-4892.
