An IUP alumnus has established a scholarship fund at IUP to memorialize his late father.
Ken Sosnick ’03 has given the
Foundation for IUP $25,000 to establish the Andrew Sosnick Memorial Scholarship, which will benefit sophomore and junior students from western Pennsylvania who are enrolled in the
Eberly College of Business and Information Technology and who meet academic requirements—preference to those enrolled in the
Cook Honors College—and demonstrate financial need.
“As a university community, we are deeply grateful for the support we receive from alumni and friends. Ken Sosnick’s choice to memorialize his father through a scholarship has a meaningful impact on our very talented students, and we appreciate his investment,” Bill Speidel, vice president
for
University Advancement, said.
