Free Self-Care Flu Kits for Students at the CHWB Health Hut

Sick Dog with ice bagSick as a dog? Help fight your flu with a FREE Self-Care Flu Kit.

Provided by IUP Health Service at no cost to IUP students.

Flu Kits contain:

  • Ibuprofen and acetaminophen for fevers, sore throat, body aches, chills, and headaches
  • Phenylephrine for nasal congestion and runny nose
  • Thermometer for fevers
  • Hand sanitizer and tissues to help stop the spread of germs
  • Cherry Eucalyptus cough drops for cough and sore throat
  • Information about cold and flu 

Self-Care Flu Kits are available at the Health Hut, located in the main lobby of the Center for Health and Well-Being (Suites on Maple-East).

*If you are not feeling better or your symptoms are worsening, please call Health Service at 724-357-2550 and talk to a nurse.

The Health Hut is open:

Monday-Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
