JSTOR Workshop

Wednesday, February 26, at 3:30 p.m. in Stabley 210

JSTOR covers a wide range of topics, including African-American Studies, Anthropology, Economics, Education, Finance, History, Literature, Mathematics, and Sociology. JSTOR began as an archive of journal titles. It now includes these archives in addition to current journal content and e-books. We will be adding Arts and Sciences VI and new e-book content this semester. Please attend this session by Jason Phillips of JSTOR to learn about this important resource.

Web of Science Workshop

Thursday, February 27, at 5:00 p.m. in Stabley 201

The School of Graduate Studies and Research and IUP Libraries are hosting a workshop on the basics of the online resource Web of Science, a great research tool for faculty, students, and researchers. Web of Science is today’s premier research platform, helping researchers quickly find, analyze, and share information in the sciences, social sciences, arts, and humanities. You get integrated access to high-quality literature through a unified platform that links a wide variety of content with one seamless search. The new interface and basic information gathering strategies will be covered. There will be time at the end of the session for individual questions from attendees.
