The IUP Libraries will be hosting “Censorship vs. Freedom of Information” on Monday, September 23 from 6:00-7:30 p.m. in the HUB Ohio Room.
In today's society, information abounds due to the Internet and the Information Age, but censorship is still an issue, limiting our access to information and leaving negative effects on our society. Join a panel of individuals representing all sides of the argument as they discuss these issues and the impact they have on us. The event is open to faculty, staff, students, and the community. Attendance vouchers will be available.
