The use of tables, chairs, podiums, etc., is available to campus for campus events. However, due to limited availability and the efficiency of providing the items to our customers, it is very important that all requested items be returned to the location the items were dropped off at the end of the event.
Delay of the return of these items or missing items will cause lack of availability to others in need.
If the items are not available when the pickup is attempted, you will be asked to locate the items so that pick up can occur.
