Posted on 11/12/2012 9:22:32 AM

The Division of Student Affairs announces its call for grant proposals to support the formation of programs and/or resources to improve overall student retention and increase student engagement in campus life.

Two grants of $3,500 and five grants of $1,000 will be awarded. All are welcome to apply, but a member of the Student Affairs Division must serve as the project coordinator.

Preference will be given to initiatives which:

  1. impact a diverse group of students,
  2. are designed to fulfill a need that is not currently being addressed, and/or
  3. where intra- and inter-divisional collaboration is emphasized.

The deadline to submit a Retention Mini-Grant proposal is set for November 30, 2012. Please see the Application, full description of the Student Retention Mini Grant Initiative, and Student Affairs Learning Outcomes.

We look forward to receiving your applications!
