The IUP College of Education and Educational Technology will host its third Technology Day in Stouffer Hall on Monday, August 20, 2012 (the Monday of the week preceding the first week of the Fall 2012 semester).
Forty separate sessions have been scheduled, covering a wide spectrum of technology-related topics. The welcome address and overview will begin at 8:30 a.m., followed by the various sessions (50-minute sessions with 10-minute breaks between) starting at 9:00 a.m. and continuing until 4:00 p.m., then a wrap-up session, which will include prize drawings for the attendees.
Many faculty and staff members across the university have volunteered to share their expertise and ideas. All sessions will be held in classrooms and labs in Stouffer Hall. All IUP employees are invited to attend. There is no charge for attendance, and no preregistration is required. Lunch is on your own.
If you have any questions about Technology Day, contact Dr. Lloyd Onyett, assistant dean for Technology for the College of Education and Educational Technology, at email@example.com for more information.
