John Wesley Lowery, associate professor of Student Affairs in Higher Education, traveled recently to the University of Louisville to present at the Association for Student Conduct Administration’s 2012 Donald D. Gehring Academy for Student Conduct Administration.
Lowery has been actively involved in the association and the academy throughout his professional career. He has presented at every Gehring Academy for the past decade and half.
Lowery served as a faculty member for Training Institute, Mid-Level Managers Institute, and Senior Level Institute, where he presented on federal mandates which directly impact student conduct administration, including FERPA, the Clery Act, and Title IX.
