Learn more about IUP’s M.Ed. in Education program offered at the IUP Monroeville Graduate and Professional Center by attending an information session on Wednesday, March 30, 2011, at 5:00 p.m.
During the session, program coordinator Dr. Crystal Machado will present information about the benefits of earning your M.Ed. in Education from IUP, program curriculum and format, and the admission process.
The M.Ed. in Education is designed for teachers holding an Instructional I or II certificate and prepares teachers to excel as “teacher leaders” within their classrooms, schools, and community.
Throughout the program, teachers learn how to create an inclusive, culturally responsive classroom that enables all students to experience success. Additionally, graduate students learn how to integrate technology into curriculum to meet the needs of twenty-first-century learners.
Applications are being accepted for Fall 2011 admission consideration. Attendance at one information session is mandatory in order to be considered for program admission. Additional sessions are scheduled to take place April 27 and May 4 at 5:00 p.m.
To RSVP for the information session or for more information, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, register online, or call 1-800-845-0131.
