The School of Graduate Studies and Research is pleased to announce that Mr. Samuel Clutter, interim director of Public Safety, received a funding award from the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education in the amount of $14,572 for his project, “FEMA 2009 DHS: State Homeland Security Grant.”
