Thank you so much for your contribution to IUP! I really appreciate your support to continue making this university outstanding in terms of academics and opportunities for students. Thanks to your help, students like myself will be able to achieve their goals and begin successful careers after their time at IUP. Thanks again!

On Thursday, March 24, IUP will celebrate Day of Giving, a 24-hour day of giving. Thanks to the generosity of Terry Serafini ’61, you can help unlock $50,000 to support the General Scholarship Fund, just by supporting an area of campus you are passionate about.

Visit IUP.edu/givingday to learn how you can support IUP students and unlock additional funds.

What is the General Student Scholarship?

Scholarships for all students. Every student is eligible to receive funds based on need or merit. That’s the best part of this scholarship.

There are six Day of Giving challenges to amplify your gift in support of IUP student scholarships. Every completed challenge helps to unlock additional funds. Take the challenge and help us exceed our goal to raise over $25,000 in 24-hours.

Student Giving Challenge

Col. Stephen Abel ’73 is matching the first 1,000 students to make a gift of $5 or more with an additional $10 gift.

Faculty and Staff Challenge

In honor of the 24-hour giving challenge, the first 24 IUP employees who make a gift will unlock $10,000 to be used for scholarships. Your donation on IUP Giving Day will also count as participation in the Hawks Helping Hawks drive. Help your division reach 100 percent participation.
