Dennis Marsili, Program Coordinator of IUP's Police Academy and retired detective sergeant of the New Kensington Police Department, has released his second book, "Little Chicago: A History of Organized Crime in New Kensington, Pa." The book centers on the Mannarino crime family in the 1940s, 50s and 60s.
Marsili's first novel, "Excessive Forces: A Pittsburgh Police Thriller" was published in August 2011.
