The Orendorff Music Library now allows library users to request books, scores, and sound recordings to be held for pickup or delivered to their home. If you'd like to request materials from the Music Library, follow these steps:

  1. Search the online catalog at IUP Libraries.
  2. Select the item you would like to borrow by clicking on its title.
  3. Click on the Request link in the Get It section of the item's detailed record page.

Residential delivery of music library items is an option for any IUP student, faculty, or staff who live further than 15 miles from the Indiana campus and are unable to pick up their items at Orendorff Music Library. Just enter "Residential Delivery" in the request form's comment section to request delivery of your items.

Residential delivery is also available for books, scores, and sound recordings requested through interlibrary loan. Learn more about residential delivery at Residential Delivery for Distance Learners.

Once you place a request, you'll receive an email notification when your items are ready to be picked up or when the items have been shipped.Visit Get It: Request IUP Books to learn more about this new feature for library users.
