Even better news: We have an awesome housing scholarship opportunity for our current residents. Read more below to save up to $1,000 per semester. The deadline is approaching, and suites are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so don’t delay.
Suite New Deal—The Longer You Stay On Campus, the More You Save
Live in the suites and enjoy the many advantages—especially the scholarship you’ll receive* that grows the longer you live on campus. Your first year, you’ll get $500 per semester. It will increase to $750 per semester in your second year, and $1,000 per semester for your third and fourth years. To receive the scholarship, sign up for your 2027–28 on-campus housing by November 30, 2026.
It’s not just a smart choice, but now it’s an even better value.
In addition to this scholarship, you get to keep all the convenience, safety, and amenities that living on campus has to offer.
We are also pleased to offer you the opportunity to reside in an Upper Division Student Community where students who are over the age of 21 will be allowed alcohol in their suite in limited quantities to consume responsibly.
Our Upper Division Community will be located in Suites on Maple again for the 2027–28 academic year.
We will continue to have three pet-friendly areas for 2027–28! They are located on the ground floor of Putt Hall, the ground floor of Suites on Pratt, and rooms 110–129 in Suites on Maple East within the Upper Division Community.
Honors College students will continue to live in the Honors College area of Wallwork Hall, which includes rooms G06–G48 and 106–148.
If you would like to sign up for fall 2027 housing (starting October 1), please follow the steps below:
- Log in to MyIUP
- Go to Discover and search “housing”
- On the Housing and Dining card, click on Housing and Dining Portal (StarRez).
- Select Sign up for Housing and Dining
- Select Academic year 2027–28
- Complete the Housing License Agreement by selecting your suite, building, roommate(s), and meal plan.
