We do not bill insurance companies. Any charges incurred will be posted on your IUP account accessible in MyIUP, and it is your responsibility to pay through EasyPay. We are able to provide you with a billing statement that you may submit to your
insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Beginning with the fall 2015 semester, the cost of services is no longer based on the wellness fee. As long as a wellness fee is paid, all students will be charged the same, whether undergraduate or graduate student.
Medications are not included in the visit fee. Students may either purchase medications at the Health Service, or may ask for a prescription. Any medications that are taken out of the Health Service will be charged to your student account, and refunds
are not provided.
If you have scheduled an appointment at the Health Service and cannot attend, you must cancel the appointment. You will be charged a $25 fee for each missed appointment. You can avoid this charge by canceling your appointment. Non-cancelled appointments
are missed opportunities for other students in need of our service.
