Cinteot Internship Details
What You'll Work On
Microsoft 365 GCC High security operations across Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, and Azure — including audit log reviews, vulnerability management, incident response, and cybersecurity compliance documentation. Interns are encouraged to propose their own project ideas alongside assigned work.
On Their CMMC Compliance Team
Interns on the CMMC team help prepare Cinteot for C3PAO certification by gathering evidence for NIST SP 800-171 controls and monitoring Microsoft Purview and system logs. Past projects have included penetration testing, advanced threat hunting in Microsoft Defender, securing Cloud PCs for GCC High access, and enrolling devices in Intune. Students may also practice these processes safely in a dedicated sandbox environment.
Who They're Looking For
Students pursuing degrees in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. CompTIA Security+ is preferred, but not required to apply.
The Details
- Paid — $15/hour, or $17/hour with a relevant certification (e.g., Security+)
