Six IUP faculty members (Pankaj Chaudhary, Waleed Farag, Jennifer Gossett, Dennis Giever, James Roger, and David Smith) presented security-related talks to high school students from surrounding school districts at the IUP Northpointe campus.
The three full-day camps, held June 22–24, 2015, focused on hands-on activities and exposed attendees to state-of-the-art security threats and how to deploy effective measures to counter these threats.
The students’ feedback was very positive, and similar events may be held in the near future.
