Attention, IUP campus community: this is a special, final announcement from STATIC regarding its upcoming events for the spring 2020 semester.
As you may have already seen, at 8:42 a.m. on Monday, March 16, 2020, President Driscoll announced that no in-person classes would take place, and all programs and events with 75 people or more are canceled for the remainder of the semester as precautionary measures in response to the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. In accordance with those directives, please note:
Spring Break Buses
The return trip of Spring Break Buses (rescheduled for Sunday, March 22) is CANCELED. All students will receive a 50% refund. If you paid with a credit card or Crimson Cash, you will receive your refund automatically. If you paid with cash, please visit the KCAC Box Office in person on Thursday, March 19, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday, March 20, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or Saturday, March 21, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You may find it easiest to coordinate this with your move-out from your residence hall. After Saturday, the KCAC Box Office is closing for a few weeks and will not be able to process your cash refunds. Live at IUP: Polo G
Live at IUP: Polo G, scheduled for Thursday, March 19, is CANCELED. If you purchased your ticket with a credit card or Crimson Cash, the KCAC Box Office will automatically process your refund. If you purchased your ticket with cash, you may pick up your refund from the KCAC Box Office on Thursday, March 19, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday, March 20, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or Saturday, March 21, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You may find it easiest to coordinate this with your move-out from your residence hall.
