The Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Science and Applications Certificate program gives you the knowledge, experience, and credentials to work with drones professionally.
Classes and Requirements
To earn this certificate, you’ll take four 3-credit classes that are directly focused on this hands-on field. One of the classes is offered as two options.
You’ll build a portfolio that demonstrates your capabilities in mission planning as well as aerial data acquisition and processing. You’ll also prepare to become certified as a Federal Aviation Administration Part 107 remote pilot, operator, or ancillary ground crew member/observer.
