Get Hands-On Experience Creating Original Design Solutions
This 12-credit certificate program provides guided instruction and hands-on experience in a range of digital design and fabrication skills. What sets this program apart are its courses. They prioritize original design solutions—from ideation to design to prototyping and evaluation.
The two required courses introduce computer-aided software (with no previous experience necessary) and fabrication tools, including laser cutters and 3D printers. From there, students pursue a direction that best suits their interests, discipline, or major.
