Introduction
Members of the IUP community already have access to AI-powered capabilities through software and services provided by the university. Microsoft Copilot Chat is available through IUP’s Microsoft 365 environment, and Zoom includes AI-assisted features designed to support meeting productivity.
Additional AI capabilities, including advanced features, integrations, and application-specific tools, may require separate licensing, configuration, or role-based access.
As AI capabilities continue to be incorporated into software products, some divisions, offices, and departments may have access to AI-enabled features within specialized university applications. Availability is generally tied to an individual’s role and the business purpose of the application rather than being broadly available to all members of the university community.
