Faculty Member Harber Assists with Duquesne Club Event

Chefs Harber and CoughenourCulinary faculty member and chef Richard Harber was invited to assist renowned executive chef Keith Coughenour with the Duquesne Club Culinary Society Annual Dinner held at the club last month in Pittsburgh.

A five-star Platinum Club of America, the Duquesne Club has been ranked the country’s top city club. It provides members and guests from around the world with world-class cuisine prepared by an award-winning culinary team.

The Duquesne Club has a longstanding relationship with IUP and recruits Academy of Culinary Arts students and alumni for quality externship and permanent employment opportunities. (Chef Harber worked at the club for 11 years.)

On March 23, the club will provide current students with a unique opportunity to dine, tour the kitchens, and meet Chef Coughenour.
