Senior Anthropology major Hannah Morris was selected as one of four students nationally to work on the American Anthropological Association’s internship, the “Anthropology and Climate Change” project, for 2018. The AAA’s distance internship brings together a group of students from various locations to form a project team that will create and staff a museum-quality display at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change Conference of Parties-24.

Hannah Morris, a senior anthropology major, has been selected for the "Anthropology and Climate Change" project. In this internship which lasts from January to November of 2018, students will gain a detailed understanding of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, how anthropological scholarship enhances our understanding of human dimensions of climate change, and how to convey important concepts and research findings for specific and general public audiences. As the culminating event for this internship, Hannah will travel to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change Conference of Parties-24, in Warsaw, Poland, in November 2018.
