ICDC President Jim Wiley recently spoke about the economic past and future of Indiana County to the
Leadership Indiana County participants.
A lifetime resident of Indiana
County and president of the Indiana County Development Corporation, Wiley is able to see both the big picture and the details of business
development in the county. He spoke about the business parks and the
emerging opportunities created by large-scale investments. As a Boy
Scout leader for 27 years, he also spoke about leadership and service in all of his various
positions.
The Leadership

supervision of Alex Heckert (Sociology, which houses the Ph.D. in
Administration and Leadership Studies) and Victor Garcia (Anthropology, director of the MARTI Institute).
