IUP students studying at the Punxsutawney campus participated in the annual Indiana campus Advising and Fall Registration Day on April 17, 2014. The day represented the culminating experience in a series of academic transition events taking place throughout the Spring semester.
The morning itinerary included a welcome by President Mike Driscoll and other campus officials, plus department-based academic advising and course schedule fine-tuning. In addition to the afternoon registration for Fall classes, students attended activities designed to raise their awareness of Indiana campus resources and services. Students also had opportunities to meet Indiana campus advisers and mentors well in advance of their Fall transition.
A total of 121 students, or 91 percent of those eligible and available for registration, successfully enrolled for Indiana campus Fall semester courses.
