The following is the Oak Room menu for Monday–Friday, April 15–19, 2013.

The buffet regularly features entree, sides, salad, soup, and dessert bar. Cost is $6.50 to eat in or carry out.

The Oak Room, located in the basement of Foster Dining Hall, is open Monday–Friday, 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.

Monday

  • Roast Beef and Gravy

  • Spicy Vegetable Lo Mein

Tuesday

  • Country Fried Steak and Sawmill Gravy
  • Dirty Rice
  • Buttered Corn and Carrots

Wednesday

  • Italian Green Beans
  • Vegetable Enchiladas

Thursday

  • FDNT Intern Lunch- German Theme
  • Chicken Schnitzel Herb Spaetzels

  • Tofu with Cabbage and Caraway
  • Soft Pretzels- Lager Cheese Sauce, Mustard

Friday
