SECA: State Employee Combined AppealThe State Employee Combined Appeal (SECA) campaign officially ended on Friday, November 9, 2012. A total of 132 IUP employees donated $42,120, including 33 individuals who made a first-time donation to SECA.

“I am very pleased to report that IUP’s SECA totals have exceeded last year’s figures by 33 percent. On behalf of the IUP SECA Committee, I want to offer a heartfelt thank you to all who contributed,” SECA campaign chair Ray Wygonick said. “Your generosity will have a real impact on the community and on the charities you support. I also want to thank all the members of the committee and everyone who contributed in any way to the success of our campaign, including Aramark and all of our prize donors; Global Spectrum, the Student Co-op, IUP Athletics, and Fine Arts/Ovations. We also want to offer thanks to President Driscoll for his support, including his donation of a lunch in Indiana for a donor and two of his or her friends. Kelly Cotter was the winner of this prize.

“We look forward next year to reaching more of the university community, increasing our participation rate, and demonstrating that IUP cares about its home community and its friends and neighbors.”
