Replacement cards may be obtained only at the I-Card Office (Clark Hall Lobby) during business hours.
Business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.– 4:30 p.m. (8:000 AM - 4:00 PM during breaks)
Starting fall 2019, each student is charged an

Their first replacement card during the academic year (August-August) will be free of charge due to this fee.
After the first replacement card, any additional replacement cards will be $15 and must be paid up front at the I-Card Office. This includes cards that are lost, stolen, purposely damaged (broken in half, hole punched in the card, number or picture scratched out, etc.), or a previously replaced card.
Cards that are not swiping due to regular use will be replaced at no charge, whether it is your first replacement of the academic year or not.
After your initial replacement, and subsequent replacement cards are
able to be charged to your bill. You must pay up front with either cash, check, credit card, or Crimson Cash.
The $15 fee is
nonrefundable under any circumstances.
Once a new card has been issued,
no previous cards can be reactivated.
Access to your meal plan and/or residence hall will not be available for up to
