I-Card Replacement

    • Replacement cards may be obtained only at the I-Card Office (Room 232 in the HUB) during business hours.
    • Business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.– 5:00 p.m. 
    • There is a $15 replacement fee for lost/stolen cards.
    • Cards that have been damaged by the user (broken in half, hole punched in the card, number or picture scratched out, etc.) will cost $15.
    • Cards that are not swiping due to regular use will be replaced at no charge.
    • Replacement fees are not able to be charged to your bill. You must pay up front with either cash, check, credit card, or Crimson Cash.
    • The $15 fee is nonrefundable under any circumstances.
    • Once a new card has been issued, no previous cards can be reactivated.
    • Access to your meal plan and/or residence hall will not be available for up to one hour after your card has been replaced.
