I-Card Replacement
Replacement cards may be obtained only at the I-Card Office (Room 232 in the HUB) during business hours.
Business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.– 5:00 p.m.
There is a $15 replacement fee for lost/stolen cards.
Cards that have been
damaged by the user
(broken in half, hole punched in the card, number or picture scratched out, etc.) will cost $15.
Cards that are not swiping due to regular use will be replaced at no charge.
Replacement fees are
not
able to be charged to your bill. You must pay up front with either cash, check, credit card, or Crimson Cash.
The $15 fee is
nonrefundable under any circumstances.
Once a new card has been issued,
no previous cards can be reactivated.
Access to your meal plan and/or residence hall will not be available for up to
one hour after your card has been replaced.
