HANDS-ON HELP: Faculty are accessible to support students enrolled in online graduate courses.

Take your food and nutrition expertise to new heights!

IUP Department of Food and Nutrition offers both a 100 percent online Master of Science in Food and Nutrition degree program as well as an ACEND-accredited dietetic internship. Select from two tracks offered for the MS: Administration or Education, choose the thesis or non-thesis option, and consider whether or not you’d like to compliment your graduate study of nutrition with a duals master’s degree in another program offered at the university.

Students enrolled in the dietetic internship earn 15 graduate credits during the internship year that can be directly applied to the MS, and so only have seven courses (21 credits) left to complete the MS degree online!

Obesity is on the rise. Misconceptions about what is nutritious are rampant. America needs help, and with an MS in Food and Nutrition you can turn your expertise into a fulfilling career.
