Griselda Wille is completing her doctorate in history at the University of California-Davis. In her dissertation, titled "Fighting the War Abroad: The Sandinista Revolution and Transnational Activism in Nicaragua and the US, 1973-1990," she argues that people-to-people exchanges successfully affected US national policy toward Nicaragua and ultimately shaped the outcome of the Sandinista revolution.
Ethan Hollinger earned a master of fine arts in theater with an emphasis in lighting design from Illinois State University. He will be doing lighting design for a range of productions here at IUP in addition to the courses he is teaching.
