In preparation for IUP moving all instruction to online modalities as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the IT Support Center has created a resource page for IUP students to help them prepare before Monday, March 23, to ensure a successful experience

Also, the IT Support Center will begin to offer Zoom Question and Answer Open Sessions today, where any student and/or employee can connect to a Zoom meeting and ask questions, test their connections, etc. Users can connect to the virtual zoom session
from any device (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.). You can do this for a single minute to test your connections, or stay for the full length of the session to hear what others are asking or ask any questions you have, and then disconnect. It will
be an opportunity to connect and practice muting audio/video, asking questions in the chat area, viewing participants, etc. These are designed for any user to gain a comfort level with the Zoom service.
