During fall 2017, the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex hosted the busiest event season
in its history, kicking off with a Lil Uzi Vert concert, which
was sold out and the largest concert in the venue’s history.
Throughout the fall, the KCAC hosted national touring events
such as Aaron Lewis, Crowder, Rodney Carrington, and The Beach Boys. The 2017 line-up closed with a successful

In the six years the building has
been in open, it has hosted 553 arena
events and 2,526 conventions. Now as its seventh year starts, the
KCAC is about to welcome its one-millionth
patron, which, it is estimated, will walk through the doors sometime this spring.
The KCAC management team has an exciting celebration and prize pack put
together for the lucky patron. The one-millionth patron will receive two tickets
to all KCAC ticketed events and free parking for one year. Also, they will receive
two season tickets for IUP football and IUP basketball, a $50 food voucher
courtesy of Aramark to be used at the venue’s concession stands, and a one-night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn.
“We are excited about closing in on this milestone,” said Pinnacle Venue Services’ Andrew Thompson,
general manager of the KCAC. “Our One-Millionth Patron Celebration is
a once-in-a-lifetime possibility for one lucky person, and we can’t wait to celebrate with them.”
Be sure to purchase a
ticket to one of the building’s upcoming events, and the lucky one-millionth patron could be you! For a full
